PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from our warehouse. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped in 2-4 days. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.
Shipping Areas
We are happy to ship to the following countries:
United States ,Canada, UK,Australia, New Zealand,Israel, Brazil, South Africa and most of Europe and Asia.
Unfortunately we cannot ship directly to India, Mexico and some remote areas like some islands at this time….however you can use a mail forwarding service who will help.

Shipping Confirmation
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.
WILL MY ORDER BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT
We know how important your order is! Celuxa provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
